The crafty side of me

We went to Longview's Twilight Christmas Parade. This was the only picture I got. Both sets of my batteries were very low and didn't take good pics. Jen and her family were in the parade, they drove an antique car. It was very impressive for our smaller sized city!

Okay, so I am always in my car waiting for my kids either to go to school or get out of school. The day of Max's feast, I stayed in the parking lot and scrapbooked! I needed something to do and I knew my bag was still packed from meeting with Jenn the day before. (We scrap every Tuesday together) This is how it worked out.

Jenn is so crafty herself and I am always eyeing her crochet work. She said that she would teach me how to crochet if I wanted to learn. I said YES! My thought was that Katelynn and I could do it together. Eventually Ashley too! So she taught me and look at what I made!! I am SOO thankful! Thanks Jenn!

I just wrote this little box full and when it got to the bottom it deleted the whole message. I will try again.

Heather, your scarf looks cool. I am impressed that you have learned to crochet. I did not know you were doing that.

Your scrap booking is looking very good. Love you all, Grandma Nette
