A close up of our front rock garden. Also, the bushes and bark were our idea and the neighbor liked it so much, he did the same! What a compliment!
We rented another excavator this weekend to finish up moving dirt around the house. It really is taking form now. We have a nice garden area in the back, the swingset now has a level spot and we have a firpit dug. In the front Bob filled the wall in and smoothed it out, cut me some more flower garden, and smoothed out the grassy area on the side yard so we can mow with ease. Now the raking and seeding begin. We will get grass growing as quickly as possible and where the existing grass is we will till and reseed so we have minimal weeds. Yah! We see the light at the end of the tunnel! We can't wait to have friends and family over and sit around the firepit and have some good times :)
Where there's a fire... there is roasting marshmellows :)

Okay, apparently I am incompetent and can't figure out how to post! I mean't to post here, but did on a really old one instead. OOPS! Even mom has figured this thing out better than me, now I know I am in trouble. :)
Your hard work is paying off. I can't wait until I can see it in person. It is looking really great. Is'nt it wonderful to have such wonderful little helpers? I sure miss my little helpers!! Love all of you. Mom and John
